Pathways to Justice Careers Mentoring Model

If you are in the Emergency Career Field (EMT, law enforcement, firefighter, attorney, etc.), we need you as a mentor! The Pathways to Justice Careers program supports youth who are facing challenges that put them at risk of not graduating high school by addressing those barriers and providing pathways into the civil service sector. Mentors will be involved in a one-to-one or small group setting geared to inspire youth and provide valuable insight and guidance into this line of work. This commitment is one hour per week for six months.

WHERE

REQUIREMENTS

• Pass a TB test
• Pass a LiveScan background check
• Attend a five-hour in-person training
• Commit to in-person mentoring for one hour a week for a minimum of six months
