Los Angeles Promise Neighborhood

The Los Angeles Promise Neighborhood (LAPN) exists to improve the educational and developmental outcomes of children and families residing in the LAPN Zone. Together with our partner organizations, we are working to provide a complete continuum of cradle-to-college-and-career services using academic intervention programs and family and community supports.

Impact Statement

The Los Angeles Promise Neighborhood exists to improve the educational and developmental outcomes of children and families. The cradle-to-college model focuses on key goals of improving age appropriate functioning for children age 3-5, increasing access to early learning programs, increasing student academic proficiency and attendance rates, increasing high school graduation rates, and increasing successful college enrollment and degree attainment.
