MENTORING MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Are you a passionate professional compelled to impart the insight you’ve gained firsthand to inspire young adults in your community? Are you convinced that the lessons you’ve learned through personal experience are worthy to be shared?

We’re looking for folks who’ve got a story to tell. As today’s youth navigate through life’s challenges and transition into adulthood, it’s our goal to provide them with proper support, ensuring that they can count on someone who’s been down this road before for help and guidance—especially when plans take a sudden turn. We want to connect them with a role model who inspires young adults to set their highest goals and motivates them to keep reaching until they see success.

YPI’s mentorship opportunities connect the next generation with mentors like you, who'll join alongside our youth who’re on a coming-of-age journey. Three program pathways provide potential mentors the chance to engage young adults between the ages of 16 to 24—and all provide a positive experience for both mentor and mentee.
