Case Managers help job seekers explore career options, get job ready, prepare applications and resumes, or improve interview skills. We also have employment assistance programs and services available to help individuals experiencing difficulty in finding work including veterans, dislocated workers, people with disabilities, ex-offenders, high-school drop-outs, non-English speaking, public assistance recipients, and senior workers. Job seekers receive assistance in the following areas:
