We empower out-of-school youth to re-engage in their education and career goals.

Participants work full-time toward their GEDs or high school diplomas while learning job skills by building affordable housing.

Prospective youth take part in a mental toughness week where they demonstrate their commitment to being part of the program. We review policies, expectations and participate in team building exercises.

Participating youth are placed in one of three academic tracks: GED, high school diploma, or college readiness. Each track shifts focus from academic progress to hands-on construction training on a weekly basis.

All youth work towards personal and professional development, and participate in community services opportunities. Each participant who completes the program receives a completed certification and are placed into a college or a job.

We serve youth between the ages of 16-24 who are interested in pursuing a career in construction while also receiving educational services to complete their high school diploma or GED.

As primary teachers and advisors, you utilize vocation training to advance self-esteem, expertise improvement, and basic leadership methodologies. Your exercises are intended to manufacture self, family, school, group, and vocation mindfulness. You utilize age-proper materials that match your understudies’ formative levels. These exercises open your understudies to a wide range of employments, profession data sources, and the reasons why individuals work.
